1)    Owner's apartments will be inspected weekly and maintained.

2)    Refundable deposits are taken with every booking.

3)    Owner's have access to their apartments for themselves and family to stay. (With sufficient notice so that Herald Travel can book the owner's into the apartment)

4)    Herald Travel operate on a high percentage of occupancy (75%-95%) all year round.

5)    Herald Travel staff are available on site during office hours and have an emergency call system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

6)    Herald Travel has been established over 20 years and has a loyal and expanding client base.

7)    No Stress, Herald Travel can pay all your bills for you.  Water, Electricity, Rates, Service Charges, Maintenance and Repairs.

8)    Herald Travel offer a 6 month rolling contract to Owners.  6 month's written notice is required from owner's to cancel their agreement, in order for Herald to ensure all clients have the accommodation they have paid for in advance.

9)    Herald Travel take bookings only 6 month's in advance.

10)    Herald Travel pay owners usually within 14 days of each month end.
